I’m a former professional rugby player which means I was fortunate that training and good nutrition were drilled into me early in life. Despite working as a corporate tax manager for several years before getting into coaching, I was able to stay lean by following the principles I grew up learning.
I realised very quickly working in an office that very few, if any, people understood nutrition or training basics, and so they struggled with their weight.
I hate the thought of people not feeling confident in themself because of their body.
I also want to push people to become healthier - it’s really the only thing that matters in life, but we often don't realise until it's too late.
